TO SCHEDULE A VIP APPOINTMENT… click the 3 bars on the left of your screen, then click “services”. - WALK-INS are made for those want to come in same day without an appointment. It is based on first come, first serve from time 9:30am - 1:00pm. To walk-in, is to come in day of and sign your name on a waitlist. If walk-ins is not best for you, you can schedule online or text for an appointment. - VIP APPOINTMENTS is made for those who prefer a timed appointment without the wait. VIP’s are priority, serviced first, and always have first choice on availability. - PREPARE yourself with your hair washed, detangled, & dried before arriving. We DO wash hair if you prefer to get it done. - CALENDAR opens from month to month on the 25th at midnight. - DEPOSITS are required, non-refundable, & non-transferable for any appointment. $75 will be deducted from appointment & remainder is due in Cash. - CANCELLATIONS are required of a 24-hour notice, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge. No Call/No Show will be charged 50% of that service. - LATE POLICY There is a 15-minute grace period - after 15 mins, there will be a $10 late fee. - EXTRA GUESTS/PETS are NOT accepted in salon (They will be asked to wait outside until you’re done). - COLORING service is done using only LacedByStace hair line to ensure great color results and consistent quality. For service, a week notice in advance is required to secure and color your extensions.

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. LACED BY STACE has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify LACED BY STACE at 786-353-6979 or sheslacedbystace@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
